On Monday I smiled so goddam hard On Tuesday the world just fell apart Then Wednesday I found everything But Thursday I never followed through I’ve got another problem to solve one Stack em’ up stack them to the sky I’ve got another problem to solve one Stack em’ up stack them all sky high Throw it away, throw it away Throw it all away, throw it all away I’ve got another problem to solve one On Friday I called all my friends On Saturday I found them all dead Then Sunday I found my smile again Oh this cycle never ends I’ve got another problem to solve one Stack em’ up stack them to the sky I’ve got another problem to solve one Stack em’ up stack them all sky high Throw it away, throw it away Throw it all away, throw it all away I’ve got another problem to solve one Got another problem to solve one

Chelsea, Pulling the strings attached to my heart I'm silently Overthinking hello with a last remark Might as well ask her name Wonder if she’s thinking the same Wonder if it might be worth me marching on a month of where and when Tell her April showers washed me out again And then she'd laugh Chelsea, Rising to care for what’s in her heart Selflessly Trading her lead for a walk-on part I’d like to think I am the same Because there’s nothing in a name Because there’s nothing in me marching on a month of where and when Maybe next time she will pick me out again Maybe next time I’ll strike up a conversation

You're a god You're a god You're a self fulfilling song You're written in the verses In between the lines Between the lines Between the lines Just read between the lines You'll start to feel it If you read between the lines Well all die Well all die We all die in this life But you don't have to feel it Not if you don't want to try So raise em high Raise em high Raise your hands up to the sky Push your chest out a little farther Force yourself to smile Put your palms in mine And I swear you'll feel fine Just put your palms in mine And I swear you'll feel it

Oh dear, another conversation So sick of speaking to the ceiling Cashed in but you can't divine a favor Paid rent but my Sally's slowly dying You scribble your thoughts and prayers Your message is wasted paper You scream at the top of your lungs Down here, it's mortal desperation Don't leave, I'm begging you to listen Oh dear, your shepherd is a figment Oh Lord, you don't deserve a choir

Laying on the floor Gotta get up And I'll always be this way Nothing's ever gonna change I know I'll never be The way you used to see me Watch it dissolve

about

This five-way split is the first official release by Sniffling Indie Kids Records. The split features five bands who share the same practice space in Clifton, NJ. The songs from each band are only available here. We're all friends and dear supporters of each other and there is no better way to commemorate our love of music (especially indie rock) than to release music together.

Everything (recording/artwork/label/physical release) here was done by members of the bands involved except for the mixing which was done by childhood friend Jeremy Cimino. Stay tuned for lots of exciting new releases from Sniffling Indie Kids in 2015 and beyond!
